Original remains visible
The challenge process never deletes or rewrites the original execution event.
Counter-evidence must be admitted
New material does not govern until attribution, continuity, integrity, relevance, and disclosure are resolved.
Review authority is bounded
A reviewer may decide only within the assigned scope and declared authority.
Corrections are append-only
A corrected interpretation receives a new amendment hash while retaining the original root.
Challenges remain challengeable
The resolution itself is a governed record and may be independently inspected.
