LIVING GOVERNED RECORD · ONUMA / TA-14 · RE1

The HOLD that became work.

Two independent architectures. One persistent real-world identity. One consequential proposal. The mission demonstrates a governed refusal to promote insufficient evidence into present execution standing. It does not yet demonstrate carrier-bound physical enforcement.

CURRENT DETERMINATIONHOLD

Physical verification and authorized actuation remain outside current evidence.

MISSION OPEN

CLAIM-ENVELOPE CLARIFICATION

Record HOLD is not carrier interception.

TA14-OMR-000001 establishes that TA-14 did not grant present execution standing from the available evidence. It does not establish that TA-14 was technically bound into a BAS/BMS, actuator, controller, relay, API write path, or other physical execution carrier such that HOLD made the proposed consequence technically impossible.

Admissibility refusal ≠ actuator interception. Execution standing ≠ physical impossibility.

The stronger carrier-enforcement proposition is now separated into TA14-EA-000045 — Carrier-Bound Execution Enforcement Challenge. Until that proposition earns evidence, no carrier-enforcement PASS may be inferred from this mission.

MISSION CHRONOLOGY

01
Persistent building identity established

ONUMA retained its own object and system authority.

02
Machine-readable interoperability succeeded

Building context moved across the declared interoperability boundary.

03
External work was created through the live API path

Work order 3593-22778 became accountable operational work.

04
A human workflow produced a completion representation

Completed state was preserved as evidence, not converted automatically into proof of physical condition.

05
The physical target was challenged

The earlier EC2-131 target did not survive the challenge.

06
Facility-side correction established MR2-113 as the corrected candidate target

The correction was preserved without deleting the earlier chronology.

07
Historical completion evidence could not transfer automatically

Prior state did not manufacture present verification.

08
TA-14 remained HOLD

Physical verification and execution authority remained unestablished.

SUPPORTED

Persistent shared object across independently governed systems.

Machine-readable interoperability produced accountable external work.

Failures, challenges, and corrections were preserved.

TA-14 maintained HOLD as evidence evolved.

NOT ESTABLISHED

Physical verification of MR2-113.

Authorized physical actuation.

TA-14 binding into the physical execution carrier.

Technical prevention of the consequence by HOLD/DENY.

Bypass resistance or carrier-level non-circumvention.

No admissible evidence. No admissible execution.Carrier enforcement requires carrier evidence.

CONTROLLED RECORD BRIDGE · TA14-OMR-000001

Parallel records. Shared reality. No authority collapse.

The ONUMA mission tracker and the TA-14 Mission Record Engine remain independently authoritative for different things. This bridge correlates the same building object, events, evidence and state transitions without merging either record or allowing synchronization to manufacture execution standing.

A changed native state becomes a new referenced event. A TA-14 reevaluation becomes a new standing event. Neither side rewrites the other to make the story converge.

PUBLIC REASONING STREAMShort public exchanges may be preserved as provenance.

LinkedIn comments can document attributable questions, challenges and responses. They remain reasoning/provenance evidence unless separately bound to a native operational fact or admissibility determination.

FOUNDING INTEROPERABILITY RULEDifferent architectures. Same building reality. Inspectable boundaries.

The bridge exists to prove interoperability without architecture absorption, authority laundering, or retrospective reconciliation.
