Governance identity entered the TA-14 public Registry

Governance Formation™ is a governance discipline for forming an authorised governing position before implementation or operational reliance begins. Governance Five™ © is the structured method expression through which that discipline is applied. It provides a repeatable way to establish consequence and authority boundaries, structure relevant participation, aggregate different valid positions, form an authorised governing position, preserve traceability, and determine when materially changed conditions require governance re-entry. The architecture is designed for human, organisational, digital and hybrid environments, including AI and automated systems. It is intended to strengthen decision formation, implementation alignment, accountability, evidentiary continuity and defensibility where multiple authorities, duties, interests, risks, trade-offs and constraints must be brought together before reliance occurs. Governance Formation™ / Governance Five™ does not replace statutory authority, board authority, delegated decision rights, legal obligations, professional judgement or existing governance frameworks. It provides an upstream decision-formation architecture through which relevant authorities, inputs and constraints can be brought together into a coherent, authorised governing position that implementation can then preserve.
