PERMANENT INSTITUTIONAL BIOGRAPHY
TA-14-AIGR-000048
One governance identity. Every preserved state beneath it. Versions, demonstrations, examinations, artifacts, findings, challenges, corrections, responses and independent publications accumulate here without rewriting what came before.
History accumulates. It does not disappear.
A later version does not silently inherit an earlier finding. A participant response does not become TA-14's voice. A correction does not erase the original record. Each event remains attributable to its own source, evidence state, version and governed boundary.

Structured Workflow Intelligence (SWI) is an evidence-governance architecture designed to govern how AI and automated systems move from an input or request toward a consequence-bearing action. SWI is intended for organizations, developers, system operators, and other users who need an AI or automated workflow to demonstrate why a proposed action was permitted, denied, paused, or otherwise constrained before the action proceeds. The architecture separates the interpretation of a request from the evidence, authority, policy, workflow conditions, and execution path required to proceed. Its intended approach is to inspect a candidate workflow against defined conditions, preserve the resulting decision and evidence, and prevent an unproven or unauthorized path from being treated as automatically executable. SWI is designed to support activities where errors or unauthorized execution can have meaningful consequences, including financial, operational, administrative, or other governed workflows. The architecture is intended to make workflow decisions traceable and replayable rather than relying solely on policy documents, model output, or source code as proof that the required controls actually operated. SWI does not claim that every consequence-bearing activity is currently governed, that every component is independently verified, or that registration constitutes certification or production assurance. Those claims require separate evidence within a defined scope.

The chronology can contain disagreement without collapsing identity.
Each record remains attributable. Presence in this history means the event is part of the preserved institutional chronology; it does not mean TA-14 adopted another party's statement, endorsed the architecture, or changed an earlier finding.
