PERMANENT INSTITUTIONAL BIOGRAPHY
TA-14-AIGR-0001
One governance identity. Every preserved state beneath it. Versions, demonstrations, examinations, artifacts, findings, challenges, corrections, responses and independent publications accumulate here without rewriting what came before.
History accumulates. It does not disappear.
A later version does not silently inherit an earlier finding. A participant response does not become TA-14's voice. A correction does not erase the original record. Each event remains attributable to its own source, evidence state, version and governed boundary.
CHRONOLOGICAL RECORD
What happened, in order.
Governance identity entered the TA-14 public Registry
A governance architecture for separating reality, records, continuity, admissibility, binding, commitment, execution, and outcomes so consequential execution can be inspected and governed without allowing one layer to silently replace another.
Open governed record →Authority expires after approval but before execution
Prior approval reached execution after its authority window expired; pre-execution revalidation withheld consequence.
Evidence source identity substituted mid-chain
A materially different evidence source appeared after admission; identity continuity failed before binding.
Conflicting chain-of-custody histories detected
Two internally coherent custody histories described incompatible preservation paths; the conflict was preserved and escalated.
Dependency version changes after commit
A committed dependency changed before invocation; execution standing was withdrawn pending revalidation.
New evidence supersedes admitted evidence
New evidence materially superseded evidence supporting a pending consequence; prior standing was suspended.
Authorized action sent toward wrong destination
The action was authorized but its target differed from the destination fixed in the binding record.
Execution begins but interruption prevents completion
Authorized execution began but interruption prevented complete correspondence between commit and outcome.
Executed action differs from committed action
Runtime invocation materially diverged from the committed action; the divergent action was quarantined.
Material condition changes during final revalidation
A material condition changed during final pre-execution revalidation; execution was withheld pending a new determination.
Two valid obligations produce incompatible consequences
Two valid obligations required incompatible consequences; neither was silently privileged.
Historical artifact cannot be cryptographically reconstructed
A readable historical artifact could not be reproduced to its preserved cryptographic commitment; reliance was withheld.
Changed state revalidated and authorized execution succeeds
Changed state was detected, prior standing withdrawn, state re-recorded and re-admitted, authority revalidated, new commit sealed, and bounded execution closed with verified outcome.
End-to-End Consequence-Bearing Proof — DENY Path
The full consequence-bearing chain encounters a disqualifying authority, admissibility, destination, or boundary condition and refuses execution.
Protected Consequence Non-Formation
A DENY label alone is insufficient to prove prevention; protected consequence non-formation requires downstream evidence that the prohibited consequence did not occur.
End-to-End Independent Reproduction and Bypass Challenge
The complete case is frozen for independent replay, material-condition mutation, alternate-route challenge, and comparison of the reproduced determination with the original record.
Frozen Independent Reproduction
Inputs, rules, versions, evidence references, and expected boundaries are frozen for independent reproduction; disagreement is preserved rather than overwritten.
Independent External-State Acquisition
Externally sourced condition is required to establish the proposition; authored or caller-supplied state is not promoted to observed fact.
End-to-End Consequence-Bearing Proof — ALLOW Path
The capstone ALLOW specification requires external condition, independent observation, provenance, continuity, admissibility, authority resolution, binding, commit, controlled execution, independent outcome observation, and closure.
Independent Outcome Observation
Execution completion and outcome verification are separated; outcome standing remains withheld until an independent observation supports the claimed external result.
Changed-Condition Requalification
Material external change withdraws prior standing and requires a new record, admissibility determination, authority check, and commit before execution can resume.
End-to-End Consequence-Bearing Proof — ESCALATE Path
Conflicting valid evidence or authority prevents autonomous resolution and transfers the unresolved proposition to an admissible escalation path before consequence.
Independent Authority Resolution
Execution standing requires authority resolved from an authoritative source at decision time; locally asserted authority is insufficient.
Evidence-to-Fact Correspondence
A valid hash or receipt is rejected when it fails to establish the proposition for which it is offered.
End-to-End Consequence-Bearing Proof — HOLD Path
The full consequence-bearing chain reaches a material uncertainty before execution and withholds consequence pending requalification.
Assertion-Laundering Resistance
Internally consistent claims, hashes, receipts, and VERIFIED metadata are refused promotion into independently established facts without qualifying provenance.
Alternate-Route and Bypass Closure
After the primary route is refused, alternate execution paths remain non-admissible unless separately authorized and evidenced.
Live Execution-Boundary Enforcement
A proposed action that lacks a required execution predicate is refused at the governed boundary before consequence is permitted to form.
Control-System Functional Differentiation
Ordinary sensing, conditional logic, authorization, command behavior, and audit logging are separated from proposition-specific continuity, admissibility, authority, and consequence claims.
VOICE & RECORD SEPARATION
The chronology can contain disagreement without collapsing identity.
Each record remains attributable. Presence in this history means the event is part of the preserved institutional chronology; it does not mean TA-14 adopted another party's statement, endorsed the architecture, or changed an earlier finding.
