TA-14 FINAL EVIDENCE DETERMINATION

SUPPORTED — BOUNDED PASS

R1 Protocol 10 and R2 Protocols 1–9 are supported within the exact frozen simulator configurations and transactions examined. The finding belongs to the evidence boundary; it is not a universal security certification.

Registration → Technical Freeze → Execution → Evidence → Independent Determination → Closure

Registered architecture claims

Registrant-declared claims remain preserved as the baseline. The bounded finding below does not silently expand them.

CLAIM 01Hardware-enforced memory segregation partitioning the active address space into eight unconditioned binary categories with immutable gate-level access attributes.
CLAIM 02A dual-processor separation model in which the Load Processor holds the instruction-memory write path while the Main Processor is physically restricted to instruction reads.
CLAIM 03Gate-level, real-time address validation against processor identity, access intent, and hardware memory-boundary registers.

Explicit finding non-claims

Closure preserves the difference between what the execution showed and what was never tested.

NON-CLAIM 01The bounded finding does not establish universal unbypassability, absolute security, or immunity to every attack class.
NON-CLAIM 02The simulator finding does not establish production ASIC/PCB behavior or target-silicon performance.
NON-CLAIM 03The finding does not constitute regulatory certification, patent validation, or proof of semantic or human authority legitimacy.

Preserved limitations

These remain visible after closure rather than being erased by a successful bounded result.

LIMITATION 01Legacy self-modifying code and runtime JIT patterns that depend on executable data areas may conflict with the architecture's physical separation model.
LIMITATION 02Absolute timing and latency claims require empirical measurement on target silicon under operational load.
LIMITATION 03Submitted registry digest values are preserved as claimant integrity references; byte-level correspondence to the exact final evidence object has not been independently recomputed by TA-14.

Evidence record

The governed demonstration separates the contrasting overlap condition from the nine-protocol segregated condition.

R1 · PROTOCOL 10Full-address-overlap stress condition. The submitted execution evidence supports the bounded proposition that the tested address-1400 instruction operation becomes available when the declared category boundaries collapse.
R2 · PROTOCOLS 1–9The complete corrected record supports differentiated processor behavior across the declared segregated address regions, including the tested refusals and processor-specific permissions.
INTEGRITY CORRESPONDENCEClaimant-submitted digest values remain preserved, but TA-14 has not independently recomputed byte-level correspondence to the exact final evidence object.
Institutional closure boundary: TA-14-AIGR-000033 remains the sole recognized Registry baseline for the S3DVS Version 1.0 governed demonstration. An earlier claimant reference to 000034 occurred before assignment and was never adopted as an S3DVS identity. TA-14-AIGR-000034 has since been independently issued to Elias Human Sovereignty Gateway (HSG) v1.0; that later Registry issuance does not alter or participate in this S3DVS record. The final S3DVS finding establishes observed demonstrator behavior only within the frozen evidence boundary and does not certify security beyond it.
