THE TA-14 EXCHANGE · GOVERNANCE THAT LEAVES A RECORD

DON'T JUST CLAIM GOVERNANCE. MAKE IT INSPECTABLE.

Register the architecture. Freeze the baseline. Examine the proposition. Demonstrate what actually happens. Preserve the result in an artifact another person can inspect without you standing in the room.

30+REGISTERED GOVERNANCES

Independent and TA-14 architectures with preserved identity and chronology.

LIVESHOWROOMS

ACA, AEA, ONUMA/BIMgenie and governance-specific public evidence surfaces.

R1+EXAMINATIONS

Interoperability is treated as a separate evidentiary object, not a marketing claim.

ARTGOVERNED ARTIFACTS

Portable records that preserve claims, evidence, determinations, limits and outcomes.

ONE INSTITUTION · FIVE GOVERNED DOORS

Choose the door that owns the work.

The Exchange keeps its institutional entrances visible. Each door carries its own domain, Academy pathways, evidence duties, review routes, and governed destinations.

INSIDE AI GOVERNANCE · ARCHITECTURE PATHWAYS

The architectures remain visible without replacing the institutional doors.

ACA, AEA, and FEIG are consequence-governance architectures reached through the Exchange. They are not separate institutions and should not displace the Academy, Environmental Integrity Governance, or the other governed worlds.

The Exchange already has a history.

Registered governance objects, provenance reviews, HOLD decisions, bounded demonstrations, interoperability examinations, operational showrooms, public artifacts, and preserved limitations are not future promises. They are the institution's emerging record of conduct.

THE SIMPLE FRONT DOOR

One journey. Six institutional stages.

Whichever governed door a visitor enters, the Exchange preserves the same evidentiary journey from identity and examination to a portable record.

01

REGISTER

Give the governance a permanent, attributable identity.

02

SHOWCASE

Make the architecture understandable without overstating it.

03

EXAMINE

Freeze the proposition, measures, falsifiers, and stop rules.

04

DEMONSTRATE

Run bounded tests and preserve failures as faithfully as passes.

05

ARTIFACT

Produce an inspectable record of what the evidence established.

06

PRESENT

Hand the record to a regulator, customer, auditor, partner, or reviewer.

PUBLIC EVIDENCE · NOT FUTURE PROMISES

Look through the windows. The institution has already started leaving a record.

A serious visitor should not have to accept TA-14's description of itself. Give them direct paths into frozen governance identities, bounded findings, operational showrooms, examinations, artifacts, and physical-world evidence.

LT-2SUPPORTED → ALLOW → HOLD
ACA × AEA × ONUMA / BIMGENIE

The evidence reached the room. Authority stopped at the physical boundary.

Represented electrical topology was supported. Bounded investigation was allowed. Physical intervention remained held until new current-state field evidence existed.

REG30+ GOVERNANCE IDENTITIES
PUBLIC GOVERNANCE REGISTRY

An architecture can acquire identity before anyone asks you to trust its claims.

Versioned governance records preserve stewardship, attribution, boundaries, chronology, visibility, and progression without turning registration into certification.

OPEN EVIDENCE WINDOW →

FOUNDING DEMONSTRATIONS

A demonstration is useful only if failure is allowed to survive.

Bounded demonstrations preserve what was tested, what evidence entered, what the architecture determined, and what remained outside the finding.

OPEN EVIDENCE WINDOW →
R1NO PREDETERMINED OUTCOME
INTEROPERABILITY EXAMINATIONS

Two architectures enter frozen. Neither is entitled to a PASS.

The proposition, interfaces, measures, falsifiers, stop rules, and evidence requirements are fixed before execution. Duplication, conflict, latency, and no incremental value remain valid results.

GOVERNED ARTIFACTS

The evidence should still speak after everyone leaves the room.

Artifacts preserve claims, evidence, determinations, limitations, chronology, and outcome so a regulator, customer, auditor, partner, or reviewer can inspect the record independently.

ENVIRONMENTAL INTEGRITY

Governance does not stop at software.

Atmospheric records, personal exposure continuity, buildings, field evidence, diagnostics, intervention, and outcomes extend the same evidence discipline into physical environments.

SEE GOVERNANCE HAPPEN

Capability approaches consequence. Governance decides whether it gets there.

This is the simplest visual explanation of the ACA → AEA relationship: govern whether computation has standing before commitment, then independently govern whether its result has standing to become consequence.

01

REALITY

A condition exists before the system describes it.

02

EVIDENCE ENTERS

A record becomes available. Availability alone does not create standing.

03

ACA

Does the proposed computation have sufficient evidentiary standing to be committed?

04

COMPUTATION / RESULT

A bounded computational result is produced only through the governed path.

05

AEA

Does this result have standing, authority, continuity, and present conditions to become consequence?

06

ARTIFACT PRESERVED

The record states what happened, what did not happen, and why.

The record must not say more than reality has supplied.WHEN EVIDENCE STOPS, AUTHORITY STOPS.

Boundary: These windows are navigation and explanation surfaces. Registration is not certification. A demonstration does not establish claims outside its frozen proposition. An interoperability examination does not presume complementarity. The controlling record remains the underlying governed artifact or finding.

The architecture makes the claim. The evidence earns what comes next.

TA-14 should feel less like a catalogue of programs and more like a place where a governance claim enters, acquires identity, is challenged, produces evidence, and leaves behind a record that can travel.
