TA-14 Admissible Execution Architecture is the parent governance architecture stewarded by the TA-14 Authority Governance Institution.
TA-14 was developed to govern a question that arises before consequence-bearing execution: whether the evidence, continuity, authority, scope, binding basis, and commit conditions supporting a proposed execution are admissible enough for consequence to be allowed to attach.
The architecture preserves separation among Reality, Record, Continuity, Admissibility, Binding, Commit, Execution, and Outcome so that evidence, authorization, technical capability, or prior approval cannot silently substitute for a valid present execution basis.
TA-14 also provides the architectural foundation from which specialized governance domains, institutional review pathways, evidence-governance structures, educational programs, demonstrations, and the TA-14 AI Governance Exchange can operate while remaining separately attributable.
TA-14 Admissible Execution Architecture is a full-chain governance architecture for consequence-bearing execution.

Each layer answers a different governance question. Reality concerns the conditions that actually exist. Record concerns what has been captured and preserved about those conditions. Continuity concerns whether the relevant evidentiary and authority relationships remain intact. Admissibility concerns whether the available basis is sufficient for the proposed consequence. Binding concerns what is being attached to whom, under what authority and scope. Commit marks the controlled decision boundary before execution. Execution concerns the governed act itself. Outcome preserves what actually followed.
TA-14 is designed to prevent these layers from silently substituting for one another. Evidence of a condition is not automatically authority to act. Prior authorization is not automatically present authority. Technical capability is not admissibility. A successful execution does not by itself establish that the execution should have been allowed.
The architecture therefore treats consequence-bearing execution as something that must remain governable across the entire chain, including the evidence and authority supporting it before execution and the resulting outcome record after execution.
Its governing principle is:

TA-14 declares an admissible-execution governance architecture in which consequence-bearing execution is evaluated across a separated chain of Reality, Record, Continuity, Admissibility, Binding, Commit, Execution, and Outcome.
The architecture treats these stages as related but non-interchangeable. A record does not become reality merely because it exists. Evidence does not become authority merely because it is available. Authority does not become an unlimited execution right merely because it was previously granted. Technical execution does not establish that the consequence was admissible.
TA-14 therefore asks whether the chain supporting a proposed consequence remains sufficiently grounded, continuous, authorized, scoped, bound, and committed at the point where execution would become consequential.
Its registered baseline establishes TA-14 as **Admissible Execution Governance** and preserves the architecture as a distinct institutional record.
The Registry declaration does not, by itself, establish legal validity, regulatory approval, certification, universal applicability, or proof that every implementation using TA-14 will produce a particular technical or operational outcome.

TA-14 Admissible Execution Architecture matters because it makes the legitimacy of execution itself a governed object.

TA-14 adds a different institutional question: whether the chain supporting a consequence-bearing execution was admissible enough for that execution to be allowed to occur at all.
