TA-14 AI Governance Exchange Architecture

The institutional architecture behind the TA-14 AI Governance Exchange, Registry, governed review, evidence preservation, demonstrations, responses, and publication lifecycle.

A TA-14 Governance Profile explaining the institutional architecture that turns AI governance declarations into persistent Registry records, governed reviews, attributable evidence, controlled demonstrations, preserved responses, and publication history without collapsing registration into certification or review into endorsement.

Governance Constellation

A living record, not a directory listing.

The center is the permanent governance identity. Every preserved evidence object, demonstration, artifact, and chronology event deepens the institutional record around it without changing who owns or stewards the architecture.

Institutional Milestones

The record earns its depth.

Milestones illuminate only when the public record supports them. They show chronology and preserved activity—not certification, endorsement, or comparative rank.

Founding Demonstration

The first major proof point gets the stage.

A Founding Demonstration should never disappear inside a generic artifact list. When one enters the governed record, it becomes a major institutional moment on this page.

Founding Demonstration · Open Future Milestone

The Registry foundation is established. The demonstration stage remains open.

No published governed artifact linked to this governance is currently classified as a founding or demonstration record. When one is formally entered, this entire section upgrades automatically and gives that event flagship treatment.

Governed Artifact Gallery

Every artifact becomes part of the exhibit.

The page gets richer because the governed record gets richer. New artifacts accumulate as individually identifiable institutional objects rather than disappearing into a file list.

The gallery is waiting for its first governed artifact.

This is intentional. Registration establishes the identity; governed work deepens it. The page will expand automatically when qualifying artifacts are published beneath TA-14-AIGR-000007.

Evidence Vault

Evidence is visible as institutional depth.

The Showcase surfaces the existence and scale of the preserved evidence boundary while the authoritative Registry record remains the source for the exact evidence objects, hashes, declarations, and limitations.

1Public evidence items preserved in the current record

Evidence supports a record. It does not become a blanket assurance claim.

The Registry preserves evidence and declared boundaries so later demonstrations, reviews, and findings can be compared against an attributable baseline.

Evidence presence, provenance, cryptographic integrity, or publication does not by itself establish substantive truth, universal technical validity, legal sufficiency, certification, or fitness for deployment.
Architecture & Declaration

The governance in its own terms.

Registrant declarations remain distinguishable from TA-14 institutional commentary. The permanent Registry record controls the authoritative registration baseline.

Who They Are

TA-14 AI Governance Exchange Architecture is stewarded by Greggory Don Butler within the TA-14 Authority Governance Institution.

The Exchange exists as a distinct institutional architecture within TA-14 for preserving attributable governance identity, Registry records, governed review, evidence relationships, demonstrations, responses, lifecycle history, and publication boundaries.

Its role is not to replace the identity of participating governance entities. The Exchange provides the institutional environment in which independent architectures can enter the public record under their own names, versions, stewards, claims, non-claims, evidence, and provenance.

That separation is foundational to the Exchange: the governance entity remains independently attributable, while the Exchange preserves the institutional record of what was declared, reviewed, challenged, published, superseded, withdrawn, or archived.

What They Are Building

The TA-14 AI Governance Exchange Architecture is building an institutional governance environment for preserving AI governance identity, evidence, review, response, demonstration, artifact, and publication history as separate but connected records.

Its architecture separates the major institutional acts that are often collapsed together elsewhere: registration, evidence preservation, review, acceptance, identifier assignment, publication, dispute handling, factual correction, participant response, supersession, withdrawal, archival, and future governed continuation.

The Exchange is designed so that a governance architecture can enter the institutional record without surrendering its identity to TA-14. Independent systems remain independently attributable while the Exchange provides persistent identifiers, controlled review pathways, public and non-public record states, preserved chronology, response mechanisms, and lifecycle continuity.

The governing design principle is that an institutional record should remain inspectable over time: who declared what, under which version, with what evidence, subject to which review or challenge, and what changed afterward should remain distinguishable rather than being silently rewritten into a single current-state page.

What They Declared

The TA-14 AI Governance Exchange Architecture declares an institutional role in receiving, registering, preserving, reviewing, challenging, and publishing attributable records concerning AI governance architectures and related governance activity.

Its registered scope includes governance architecture registration, permanent Registry identifiers, evidence relationships, review pathways, execution-artifact preservation, governed demonstrations, participant and independent responses, lifecycle history, disputes, supersession, withdrawal, and archival.

The Exchange separates the existence of a Registry record from later determinations about the architecture represented by that record. Registration records what was declared and preserves its attributable baseline; it does not convert the declaration into certification, endorsement, technical validation, legal validity, regulatory approval, ownership priority, or fitness for use.

The Exchange further preserves distinctions among registrants, governance stewards, TA-14 reviewers, participants, challengers, evidence sources, and institutional publications so that separate voices and authorities remain attributable throughout the record lifecycle.

Explicit Boundaries & Non-Claims

This profile does not establish that the TA-14 AI Governance Exchange Architecture is a government registry, regulatory authority, accredited certification body, standards-development organization, court, or legal adjudicatory body.

Registration, review, publication, demonstration, evidence preservation, or participation in the Exchange does not by itself establish certification, endorsement, regulatory approval, legal validity, standards conformance, ownership priority, technical efficacy, safety, compliance, admissibility, or fitness for use.

The Exchange does not acquire ownership of independently registered governance architectures merely by registering, reviewing, profiling, demonstrating, referencing, or preserving records concerning them.

TA-14 institutional commentary does not replace a registrant's declaration, participant review, independent review, evidence challenge, factual correction, technical comment, or other separately attributable record.

Any stronger determination must arise through the appropriate governed process and must be supported by the evidence, authority, scope, and institutional record applicable to that determination.

TA-14 Institutional Commentary

The TA-14 AI Governance Exchange Architecture matters because governance claims become institutionally useful only when identity, evidence, review, challenge, response, and change can remain attributable over time.

The Exchange creates the institutional separation necessary to preserve those distinctions. A Registry declaration remains the registrant's declaration. A demonstration remains a demonstration. A participant review remains the participant's review. An independent finding remains attributable to its reviewer. A challenge or factual correction remains visible as its own event. TA-14 institutional commentary remains TA-14's own voice.

This architecture is therefore not merely a directory of governance systems. It is intended to preserve the chronology and relationships among governance records so that later institutional activity does not silently overwrite what existed before it.

That distinction supports the broader TA-14 principle that consequential governance should remain reconstructable from attributable evidence and preserved institutional history: **No admissible evidence. No admissible execution.**

Architecture Relationships

Connected without being collapsed.

Related governance identities remain independent records. Relationships can be displayed without implying merger, ownership transfer, certification, or automatic evidence inheritance.

Public Chronology

History should accumulate, not disappear.

The registration remains the foundation. Every later governed artifact becomes another dated point in the preserved public record.

TA-14 AI Governance Exchange

Imagine your governance growing here.

Registration establishes the permanent foundation. Demonstrations become milestones. Evidence becomes visible depth. Artifacts become exhibits. Version evolution becomes chronology. Independent architecture identity remains intact.

Registration, profile presentation, public evidence, artifact publication, milestones, and Showcase record depth do not by themselves constitute certification, endorsement, accreditation, legal compliance, production validation, comparative ranking, or a finding of fitness for deployment. Separately issued governed review artifacts control their own stated scope.
