TA-14 AI GOVERNANCE LIBRARY

AI Governance Frameworks

Navigate major regulations, risk frameworks, management systems, standards, principles, and guidance used across artificial-intelligence governance. Each record connects governance purpose to evidence expectations, related authorities, and TA-14 admissible-execution boundaries.

FRAMEWORK CONTROL DESK

Find the framework. Inspect its function.

Regulations, standards, management systems, principles, and risk frameworks do not perform the same function. A defensible route must preserve each source’s authority, purpose, scope, and evidentiary effect.

Regulatory classification and conformity evidence may support admissibility, but execution still requires valid authority, current evidence, continuity, binding, and a preserved outcome record.

GOVERNANCE FUNCTION MAP

Different instruments govern different questions.

The library does not flatten every authority into a universal framework. Each instrument must remain within its declared function and legal or institutional boundary.

01Law

Creates binding duties, regulated roles, prohibitions, rights, enforcement, and jurisdictional consequences.

02Management System

Establishes organizational governance, accountability, operational controls, audit, and improvement disciplines.

03Risk Framework

Structures risk identification, contextual analysis, measurement, prioritization, treatment, and monitoring.

04Standard

Defines agreed requirements, processes, terminology, evaluation methods, or technical practices.

05Principles

Expresses normative values and high-level expectations that require translation into enforceable controls.

06Guidance

Supports implementation and interpretation without automatically creating an independent legal obligation.

FRAMEWORK APPLICATION SEQUENCE

Reference must become evidence-bound governance.

01Identify

Identify the correct authority, version, publisher, jurisdiction, and governance function.

02Bound

Preserve what the framework governs and what it does not claim to govern.

03Map

Map the relevant requirements, functions, principles, or controls to the declared use.

04Evidence

Attach attributable evidence demonstrating whether each mapped condition is supported.

05Crosswalk

Compare overlapping authorities without collapsing distinct definitions or obligations.

06Determine

Issue a bounded governance determination supported by the preserved evidence state.

07Control

Translate the determination into ALLOW, HOLD, DENY, or ESCALATE execution conditions.

08Preserve

Preserve the source, evidence, decision, execution, outcome, and later revalidation history.

FRAMEWORK NAVIGATION BOUNDARY

A framework reference is not proof of governance.

This workspace organizes selected governance instruments and identifies their purpose, scope, evidence relationships, and execution implications. It does not establish legal applicability, certification, conformity, compliance, risk acceptance, or authority to execute. The official source, current version, governing institution, jurisdiction, qualified reviewer, and applicable authority remain controlling.

LIBRARY PROVIDESFramework navigation, functional boundaries, evidence orientation, and crosswalk entry points
LIBRARY DOES NOT PROVIDEUniversal equivalence, legal advice, certification, compliance, or execution authority
EXECUTION REQUIRESApplicable authority, admissible evidence, continuity, binding, control, and preserved outcome proof
